The role

  • Achieving revenue targets with a specific focus on new logo acquisition
  • Drive and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of revenue and new business targets
  • Develop a go to market plan to enable significant growth in our target markets
  • Selling across multi-functions, specifically Finance, Procurement, Marketing and IT
  • Tailoring Maistro’s value proposition to varying stakeholders, eg. CFO, CPO, CMO, COO
  • Engaging with prospect organizations to position Maistro solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
  • Maintaining internal CRM systems as the opportunity owner
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources in Maistro’s marketing and delivery functions
  • Work to improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts

Desired Skills, Competencies and Experience

  • Ability to plan, compile and execute a business development and sales strategy
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to develop start-up organisations to a £ multi-milllion execution over 2-4 year plan
  • Strong and demonstrable track record of selling custom services to large Enterprises with a minimum of £250k in multiple deals
  • Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues
  • Experience of selling a new service into a new market
  • Able to switch from new business into account management when required
  • A high level of commercial acumen and ability to quickly drive to a close
  • Professionally sales trained in a recognised sales methodology, Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling or Spin
  • Good understanding of the challenges and strategies of Finance and Chief Procurement Officers and the Procurement solution landscape
  • Able to work across multiple functions to achieve desired results
  • Extensive sales experience, a collaborative style and disposition; capable of working in a demanding, networked organisation
  • Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and concisE manner
  • High energy, self starter, dynamic communicator (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent internal and external profile with high degree of business acumen
  • Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards
  • Experience and disciplined use of Salesforce
  • You will have good tried and tested sales processes and possibly be trained in some of the recognised sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Target Account Selling, Challenger or SPIN

  • Working experience of CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Initiative and understanding of business requirements and expectations
  • The ability to adapt to the requirements of Maistro and its customers
  • Experience working in an international business
  • Ability to travel Globally if required
