Service Provider Sign-up error

If you have an error when applying to join Maistro's Marketplace as a Service Provider, please run through the following checklist:

  1. Make sure you have completed all fields
  2. Ensure there are no capital letters or symbols in your username
  3. Use a valid email address – this will be the email address we will use to communicate with you, so please make sure this is the email address you would like us to use to contact you
  4. Ensure there are no spaces or symbols in your telephone number (eg. +44)
  5. Make sure you have selected a range for your ‘company size’
  6. Tick the box to confirm you have read and agree to Maistro's Terms and Conditions
  7. If none of the above works, clear your cache/cookies and try a different browser – our platform works best with Chrome
